قَالَ الْإِمَامُ الْمَهْدِیُّ عَجَّلَ اللهُ فَرَجَهُ الشَّرِیفَ: وَ أَمَّا الْحَوَادِثُ الْوَاقِعَةُ فَارْجِعُوا فِيهَا إِلَى رُوَاةِ حَدِيثِنَا فَإِنَّهُمْ حُجَّتِي عَلَيْكُمْ وَ أَنَا حُجَّةُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِم.
Imam Mehdi (a.j.t.f) says: Consult to my narrators of ahadith during the events of recent times. Indeed, they are the proof of my existence for you people and I am the proof of existence of God for them.

قَالَ الْإِمَامُ الْمَهْدِیُّ عَجَّلَ اللهُ فَرَجَهُ الشَّرِیفَ: وَ أَمَّا وَجْهُ الِانْتِفَاعِ فِي غَيْبَتِي فَكَالانْتِفَاعِ بِالشَّمْسِ إِذَا غَيَّبَتْهَا عَنِ الْأَبْصَارِ السَّحَاب.
Imam Mehdi (a.s) says: "To be aware during the period of my occultation is same as to be aware of the sun when the clouds hides from eyes.
